Need help

so here's the problem...my friend bought an 04 ex coupe and the fuse will burn out the everytime he try to use the winshield wiper..wut could be the problem..help pls

Try running a larger size fuse

Please don't do that.

Is your friend electrically inclined, does he have a DMM? If so this might help him, if not I doubt he's going to be able to fix it.
