i know a lot of you guys have beats in your cars... does your rear deck make a lot of racket? any tips on shutting that "ish" up? thanks...

open trunk, look for two holes in the metal under the brake light and stick fingers in until you can feel and push up part of the deck lid. stuff foam inside so that the deck lid is touching against the glass on top. no more rattle.

i had the same problem. i bought some foam piping from home depot and i wedged it between the glass and the rear deck and it stopped the rattling. its a cheap way to fix it

put your speakers as loud as possible and stick your head out the window while driving..that should do it. j.k. i did the same thing that gearbox did. a friend showed me that a while back. it works. the sock thing works too...

i took the rear deck out, folded a couple socks up and then put it back into place. Haven't had a rattle since!

Mine only rattles in winter...other than that its fine, but I also have a layer of dynomat under the rear deck There is a peice in the trunk itself that rattles tho.

mine only rattles when i accelerate from when the car is stopped , maybe because i have an exhaust??
