the mounting depth in my 02 LX was right at 1.75" befor the speaker would hit the window. according to crutchfield, those are 1.75" deep also. it will be a tight fit. i'd get at least a .25" or .5" spacer to play it safe. also, the opening in the door is not very wide. you may have to cut some material out if you don't use a spacer. i had to use a .75" spacer to get my Infinity Reference 6012's to fit without cutting the door (tried to avoid that at all costs). i'd recommend taking your door panel off and looking at things and measuring the opening before you buy anything. i wish i would have. i love my speakers, but they were kind of a pain to get everything done. it wasn't as straight forward as most people led me to believe on here.

you'd need a .75" spacer like i used. can't help you on the tweeters as i don't have any. i've got an ES1.

The Civic does not have tweeters stock. Youd probably want to mount the tweeters on that plastic piece in the corner of the window by the mirror. Im sure if you look around you can find a replacement piece that would have some sort cut-out to hold a tweeter.
