I have an 01 LX and me and a friend were hooking up a new pioneer cd player and he accidentally hooked the dimmer wire into the illum wire and burned something up. I checked all fuses in under the hood and in the car and they are all checking good on a multimeter. Anyone have any suggestions on what it could be? When I turned the car on right after we finished the install the radio didnt come on. The radio came on when I turned the headlights on, about 20 seconds later I could smell the burning. I shut it off and unplugged everything and now my dashboard lights dont come on at all and the turn signal indicators stay lit up. The look like this

and no other lights come on. The headlights work and all the blinkers work outside the car but the internal lights just stay lit up. Thanks to anyone who can give some suggestions.
