I have the mb quart rce 164 midbass drivers and i got the adapter bracket so i can put them where my 6x9's were. I put them in and i hear some nasty ratteling vibrating sound coming from them when i turn them up. Im thinking maybe it is because the speaker is hitting the speaker is hitting the rear deck but i dont really know and would really hate to have to take out my seats and everything again to get back there. If you got any ideas or opinions let me know.

this is in the rear you said? i have the same problem. my best guess is that its the huge piece that covers the speakers if you know what i mean. the interior piece that covers the 3rd brake light and speakers etc. you need to put some sound deadening stuff in between the window and the piece cuz i think its hitting the window. its the farthest back you can go in your car, next to the 3rd brake light. i just stuck some paper towels in there and it was fine rofl. but some people dont like to do things like i do so you might do it differently in your case. hope this helps.
