Hey guys

I hooked up my CVA 1005 and everything works fine but I don't know how to hook up the hand brake and foot brake wires. Does anyone have pics to show what the wires connect to? Does the hand brake wire just get connected to the hand brake power source? Which wire does the foot brake hook up to cause I see 4 wires on the brake pedal. Please help cause I can't get to any of my setup features right now.

ground out the handbrake wire to your chassy so you can watch videos while your car is on. as for the foot brake i have no idea.

no, this will not work with the alpine unit, you need to run the handbrake wire threw a switch to ground, and the foot brake wire threw a switch to positive and you need to switch the switches in a certain order each time you start the car OR you can get the PAC tr-7 wich does everything for you.

Foot Brake: white/black (+) @ brake pedal switch (picture below)
Parking Brake: green/orange (-) @ base of parking brake

Anyone ever hear about that guy in Alaska charged with murder because of an accident caused while his video was running??
