Battery/Capacitor

My dad takes my car to work so he doesnt turn on the amp/subs. When he gets home and i start using the car the bass seems to hit harder during the first 5-10 mins of driving the car and the bass seems to fade out the more and more. The lights do dim, but its not that noticible, does that mean my battery is getting drained? if so will a capacitor help.

Your battery is getting dfrained.. a capicitor will not help in any way...You either need to keep the volume down a little or get a high output alternator.. a Capcitor can help even out voltage and help with the dimming. But your battery will still be getting drained just as fast.

Cheers

read the thread about high output alternators. I think you are going to need one.
