Perhaps you should look in the lighting section. To answer your question, yes, there are aftermarket replacement projectors to fit the civic. Tons of sites have them. Another option is to disasseble the stock headlight (as in the clearing DIY) and retrofit projectors in there (either a kit, or buy one from avehicle manufacturer for another car and retrofit and make your own kit). Several places sell retrofit kits. www.customlightz.com www.hidtech.com has a lot of information, www.hidplanet.com www.vividlights.com www.brightheadlights.com and on and on. Try searching HID retrofit in the search bar, I believe there are some DIY's on it.

$200 for some crappy projectors isn't worth it, retrofit is definitely the best way to go, if you research properly and look around at deals you'll probably spend more but they'll be much better. You can do it for $400 or less if you already have the headlights

Yeah the projectors in black look real nice 
I guess I searched for the wrong thing, all th DIY I cam upon were for 01-03's, and the projectors for the 01-03's look better imo.
200 is way too much for some headlights, I'll get em if I find a better deal, I'd like some HID's but my bank is saying otherwise.
