aftermarket CD players
I'm looking for a aftermarket cd player I was just interested what band name would you go with? A firend is tell me to going with sony. Where the best place on the internet to buy cd players?
Viper, I went with the Sony Explod. It has this kick *** flip down screen that glows neon blue. When it is in the up possition it doesn't even look like i have anything there. That's my favorite part. I got mine at a local Car Stereo place. That would be where i would get one if i were you. None of that Good Guys or Circuit City bull ****!

dont get an aiwa. ive got an aiwa cdx517. it has a lot of features and looks good. 50wattsx4 with a steering wheel remote. it wasnt too expensive either- but the remote doesnt work for $hit!!! its an infra-red (like a TV remote) system, but the wiper bar gets in the way, and its too far to get the signal across anyway.
Go with Eclipse, their decks look better and produce better sounds than all
the Best-Buy decks everyone will tell you to get (Sony, Kenwood, Clarion).
It might cost you more but its definitely worth it, plus they are pointless to rip-off
but I'll let you find out why on your own.

Panasonic CQ-DF601U 50watts x 4
It's really nice. It also looks really good at night! It has 6 different screen savers and it has a lot of extra features!

Kenwoods are nice, but hard to read during the day. Sonys are nicer but I have had two xplod models and both have skipped durring play. Clarion Pro Audio are really nice but tend to get a little expensive as do Eclipse. Eclipse however are probably the best to purchase. They automaticially protect themselves from theft by having a lil tiny chip inside that acts like a tracking device. Also you have to enter a code to get it to work once its been disconnected from the battery. Panasonic are VERY nice stereos in theory. they just dont have the hype that expensive brands like eclipse, clarion and kenwood have. What you may do is check out handa-accessories.com and see about the in dash 6 disk changer they have for honda...its keeping original equipment(which i prefer anyways) and its giving you 6 more cds to select from. Plus its actually cheaper than the alpine in dash 3 cd changer. remember sometimes things left original look better. this is actually a honda stereo, so in turn its original equipment. if you wouldlike good reviews on products check out www.crutchfield.com and get a free catalog.
this is my pioneer DEH-P930. it really sounds great and at night it looks really good with my reverse gauges.
