Where to buy . . .
Where are good places to look online or in person for L.E.D.'s, Plexi Glass, Plexi Rods, and so forth. In other words all of the stuff that you need to make system like this:

For LEDs go ebay. You can get a 50 pack of 5mm 10,000mcd blue leds for around 10 bucks shipped. That should hold you over. For plexi... Hrm... Not sure.
