To any and everyone who has ever posted a DYI or responded to a question on audio installation.

Using this site as my primary reference, I've about got the audio system on my recently acquired 2002 EX Sedan where I want it - just got to complete the front door speaker installation this evening. The head unit, rear speakers, Basslink sub are all in.

I like a good sound (who here doesn't), but didn't want to go crazy and turn my car into a high end audio system on wheels. The practical advice here allowed me to make informed decisions, and the DYI's (especially the one on amp wiring) made the process fairly smooth (although I do have a few extra cuts and knicks on my hands this week).

Anyway, after tonight, I'm planning on enjoying this system as it is for a while. I've enough volume at the moment from the head unit, and good bass from the Basslink. The only other thing I might do in the future is add a power amp. But I need to pay for this stuff first, and let my hands heal.
