iPod Adaptor

I bought a DLO TransPod today at Circuit City for my iPod. It was $100 and runs your music through an FM station but without all the static like the cheap ones. I would recommend it for anyone who is looking to get an adaptor for their car.

i think anything FM radio sounds like crap...

for a hundred bucks you're better off buying an ipod adaptor specifically designed for the deck..ie. the kca-420i for alpine decks

How does the DLO one compare to say..the griffin ones? cuz those ones are pricey as well.
I know FM transmittors arent the best..but I have a stock deck..so i have to settle for them.

Except if you're running and OEM Deck like jhonsok. They do make changer interfaced models for our car (WireTunes, etc.), but I found them to be very unreliable with the new iPod Video's. Not sure about the reliability with other older models.

I bought one off of Crutchfield.com made specifically for my factory head unit. Came with DIY instructions and took a couple hours to finish the whole process. Now my iPod video is played and charged through my factory radio without static or wires everywhere. I got a nice clean look and my whole cd collection is a click away.
