05 EX radio connector help

05 EX radio connector help
does anyone know if this connector on the back of the 05 civic radio is for anything?
on the element it's used for an AUX input connector which the pin out is listed below, this one on the civic radio is only 5 pins
1= yellow, (AUX-DET)
2= blue, (AUX-GND)
3= brown, (AUX-Audio Right Channel)
4= green, (AUX-Audio common ground)
5= white, (AUX-Audio Left Channel)
6= lt green/red, (AUX SH GND)

One is for the wiring harness and the other is AUX for CD changer.
