alpine headunit problem

Hey guys my Alpine CDA-9813 is having problems. I'll try to explain it as best I can. Ok, my fm & am radio is not working. It will play cd's but when I hit the source button to switch to the radio no sound comes out. Here is the really weird part, when I which back to the cd no sound comes out. I have to turn off the headunit and turn it back on to get the cd to play again. Anyone know what the problem is?

Check the fuses. Check for shorts. Have an authorized alpine shop fix it.
