headunit suggestions?

headunit suggestions? Just looking for any suggestions. What I really go for is 'less buttons, less *****'. I like to match the simple 7thgen dash with a simple headunit. so if you've seen or tried any modest one lately, please post it up
one i current have
It's touch-screen but i only use the remote. the headunit's face getting pretty worn, even though i've been wiping it with a piece of silk cloth.
would like it to play mp3 cds
