hmm i got my car last night and i was looking the trunk.......WHAT KIND OF SPEAKERS ARE THOSE........

they for sure are not 6X9's .......are the 6.5's? hmm

well i got an LX-G model SEDAN.........do you know what kind of speakers are in the front and rear?

what are the factory ones 2 or 3 ways front and rear......

need some info anyways i wanna replace them ASAP

i believe you car came with the tweeter kit? y/n? anyhoo.. 6.5's in the front and rear. rears are one way.. fronts are one way but crossover, using a resistor i believe, to the tweeters. total of six separate speakers.

tweeters....hmm i dont think so i dont see any unless its in tha door itself........i do hear some nice highs tho

but i really doubpt that i got that .........it's the LX-G

just 4 speakers it says in the specs for it in the honda.ca site.......hmm

is't there a site with the info on the factory systems .....left my damn book in the car and it's too damn cold
to get it out.

well.. if you don't have the tweeter kit.. you've got 4 speakers.. all of which are one way 6.5's.

all of the speakers are flimsy paper cones.. you could replace them with practically anything else on the market and will notice a difference in quality.

if you took the rear speakers out and i sang in your trunk, it'd prolly sound better than the stock system.

On an LX-G.. you should have tweeters where the window adjusters should be.. the main speakers are full range drivers which offer great efficiancy..but crappy sound..

anybody got a picture of how the tweeters look because i sure dont think i see them maybe they are looking different ...
somebody post of pic of it for me plz.....

k i just looked at a chart and it was saying that the rear speakers are 6X9's and not 6.5'd hmmm
i swear when i look at it it looks more round hmm

i got a SEDAN would that be a difference?

coupe's have 6x9s in the back. Sedans have 6.5s.

Just to be clear...

Sedans = 6.5 front and rear with no tweaters
Coupes = 6.5 front, 6x9 rear, tweeters

the only thing I am not sure of is the tweeter on the coupe. does it come on more than just the EX model?
