alpine IVA D-310... yes or no?

i'm looking into a new headunit for mi '99 civic and i came upon this one i'm looking into a new headunit for mi '99 civic and i came upon this one. i was just wondering if it is a good unit and worth the price. Oh also does this unit have a hideaway box thing? because i was hoping that it was all in the dash.

P.S. yah i know the '99 is a sixth gen, but oh well

lol post thigns twice, yes it has a brainbox which is fairly large, i think its worth it if you can get a decent price for it... i can pick one up for 1000CAN brand new but thats cause i got hookups its a pretty good unit i have one in my car and i like it.

Its an excellent unit and will work well for you. Alpine is a great brand

I have tghe Alpine IVA-D310, and its a just a badass unit. And yes it has a hideaway box, all Alpines right now do. Most of them do, the Clarion VRX745VD doesn't i know that. I would seriously think about the D310, you can add navigation like have done and so has FiatDale, You can also use the ipod feature and can also bypass it easy.
