I just got one of these installed on the weekend...question: Does it come with the "keys" that you need to remove the deck cuz there was none in the box, maybe the shop kept them? How do I remove the deck if I dont have these?

the cage housing for the deck is part of the HVAC unit in your dash, you'd remove the entire assembly to get at it. Do a search on the DIY procedure for deck installation and you will see what I mean. Depending on the year and model of your civic the instructions may differ slightly.

Yes tha cda9847 does come with keys.

Is there a way the deck can we removed without the keys or should i ask the shop where they went ?

ask the shop. If its a distance have them throw them in an envelope.
