it'll still be lukewarm green. you can do a cluster swap to the 03+ sedan or coupe gauges, but it takes more time and skills.

yes, thanks, thats what i needed to hear...

03+ gauges might be better than crappy green, but i figured they might look bad with my center console still green and my green and blue HU..

01 sedan lx is black with natural yellow lighting.
Its not exactly yellow but the color that's given off by a regular lightbulb.

Its more yellow than green.
I'd snap a pic and show you but I've got gauge faces over it.

they are the same. all sedans have the same greenish/yellow lighting. coupes have red/amber. all 01-05 dx clusters are like the older style that the 01-02 cars came with.

or you could do what i did and rewire for an 03+ led cluster for the newer civics and change the dash lights to match red/amber. here's a diy. you can do everything except the shifter lights and auto window which can just be turned off. very easy to change and no electronics knowledge needed.

03-05 sedans have led blue rings and white numbers but the center console is still the same old green

yea really, the green must look so ugly, like a rainbow of lights all over your dash..

oh yea, one last question for everyone, how much does it cost to get your odometer reset to show actual mileage? the one i am looking at has 60k but my car just broke 96k..
