MTX and Memphis Audio are about the only two companies I like anymore so my suggestions would be either an MTX 1501D or the Memphis 1100D. Any of those amps will supply more than enough power for both of those 8000's.

Are those 8000's SVC or DVC? Cause the Memphis 1100D only makes 1100x1 at 1 ohm. At 2 ohms it's only 600x1. Memphis amps actually make the power that they say they do unlike most other amps. You might be surprised just how loud that will be.

The Memphis 1100D would be good. I believe those subs are 400W RMS. Just don't crank the amp all the way up and you will be fine, then you won't be overheating the amp because it's not enough. You would wire the subs like this for the 1 ohm load:

Hope I helped

you would be fine putting all kinds of power to them as long as you are careful about tuning your system. you can turn your amp up all the way and then some as long as you make sure your signal is very very clean
