Where do you mount your amps?
I got a small Rockford Fosgate 250m amp and I don't know where to put it. I was going to just screw it to the back of the seat in the trunk, but the supports in the seat aren't large enough to take a screw. I don't want to mount it to the box and not into building a custom setup right now.

unzip the bottom of the seat on the side facing the trunk, you'll be able to slide a piece of wood under there allowing you to fasten anything you want onto the seat back.

glad i helped people!
as for DeX your question.. I cut a piece of wood, carpeted the wood, and screwed it into place. I didnt put it behind the existing carpet. The car's existing carpet was glued onto the already carpeted wood and then the amp covers where it lines up. so i cut a section of the original carpet but you don't have to. works either way.

oh, and OWNED!
for those who dont want to take the trouble of bolting it to a board, you can always just ziptie it to the mesh.
after the ties are tightened, you cna poke the ugly head into the backsideof the seat. you never see the uglyness.
or if you have nimble hands, you can take the seatback inside and pull it tight inside the structure.
