Question What kind of sub(s) do i need?

Alright so i have a head unit and speakers and all that... now my problem is i don't know what kind of subs i need. I want enough bass to make people's head's turn while i'm at the stop light... but i also want enough trunk space for everyday usage. So should i get one 10" sub, two 10" subs, or one 12" sub?

now this here is all budget dependant... theres 10's out there that can do the job of a couple 15's, but then again, you pay the premium

in other words

its all budget dependant sir...

how much money do you have?
If you want cream of the crop, and God like sound quality go for these

If you want something not as expensive, but great sound quality, get these, but from a different retailer. try ebay, they go for really cheap.

then go ahead and get 2 10inch Infinity Kappa Perfect. Get them from ebay, and you pay much less than 100 a pop.
they will sound great, and with the right box, also rattle the crap out of your car. make sure you feed them at least the RMS reccomended power, cause they can take it, I had the vq version, and those things screamed. they were 12's though.

I bought from ikesound.com 6 times.
Last time, it was 3 days ago. UPS tracking says I should get the cd player I ordered tomorrow, so yeah...no probs.

alot of ike's stuff is refurbished. Pay attention to what you are buying. I do not think they have warranty either, not sure on that though.

make sure your amp is close to your subs RMS....rather have it higher than lower. best set up is alpine amp + jl sub.....now that = orgasm.

this is what i got and in the back of that box is a 600.1 kicker amp and a 1.2 cap. sound is loud as hell. everyone will turn there heads. i pulled the box forward to take the picture but there is plenty of room for extra storage.
