Alpine - Bluetooth Interface
Here is another little intresting find guys and gals..

Basic info:2004 Ai-NET head units or earlier are enabled for hands-free Bluetooth connectivity with the KCA-100BT. Compatible with many Bluetooth mobile phones, the KCA-100BT gives you the power to listen and talk wirelessly with ease through the Alpine in-dash head unit – even if the phone is stowed away. The KCA-100BT automatically initiates network connection upon entering the car. It comes with an external call control button that can be mounted on the dash, for simple call-receiving and call-ending. A microphone and visor clip is also included.
In other words, you walk in with your nice new razor phone or any other bluetooth enabled phone in your car and you got total connectivity. Now when someone calls you, you dont even have to move a muscle, just set the deck to auto answer and you got the music turned down, and the person on the line hands free. I think this is an awesome idea since the last phone interface was discontinued by alpine, this gives users a safe and efficent method to know when someone is calling when you gots that bass pumpin and the ability to answer hands free.
Tell me what you guys think about this, and if anyone would consider buying it..

I have the Tellphone 4000 Blue system, basically the same deal and they really do work great. I love them. The nice thing is this is supposed to be all interfaced with the deck. There was word that the touch screen models would be able to control the calls also, hopefully thats what actually happens. Either way A+ Alpine always comes out with the **** first then it trickles down.
Oh- and ive already got mine pre-ordered lol.

If you can't afford the Alpine you can get yourself a Jensen Bluebooth built-in HU.

Doesn't need any extra add ons like the Alpine...everything is included.

Here is the real question. I have the Motorola Rokr. It is bluetooth enabled and also has mp3 capability. ie: similar to an ipod just can't hold near the amount of songs. Can i play my music from the Rokr through the head unit. And you can purchase bluetooth attachments for just about any phone. But does anyone know if you can purchase them for an ipod. Basically, what I'm looking for is a way of wirelessly playing mp3 through the head unit.

If your Bluetooth HU had internal memory or a removable memory card, you could possibly wirelessly transfer the Mp3s from the phone to the HU to play them.
Only way I know to play external music devices wireless is by using a FM modulator.
