i wireing up a amp and i was wondering if you guys use tubeing or do u just leave my the wire

I am assuming that you are talking about wire loom. You need that stuff, it is basically for looks. If your wire will be rubbing some type of sharp object then it is a good idea to use some.

Instead of using tubing, I speak English and make sense when I talk, but maybe that's just me.

use wire loom in your engine bay, dont worry about in your interior if the wire is properly installed
