tap them into the dash light wire. its the red/black one going to the blue connector on the gauge cluster (if you have 01-02 old style cluster).

exactly, if the power and ground wires are seperate from the wires shown in the picture, just short the two wires together, tape it up and throw it in the dash somewhere.

you have to find the switch from the turn lights ON and plug it there that is the best i can think off..

what kind of connections do the indiglo guages have? I'm assuming power, ground, and then the two terminals for the switch. Also, what kind of switch is it? A momentary switch where it springs back when you let it go or a constant switch?

you would need a simple sequential logic based circuit. If you cannot immediatly picture the circuit in your head then its too much for me to describe and too complicated to be worth your time
this is cause the stupid switch is sequential. push it once and its on. push same button again and its off. sucks huh?

ding ding ding
wouldnt happen to have an aftermarket alarm system with an open channel would you?
is not simpler to use a relay base switch? or perhaps just wire to the switch of the car and have it on all day..?????
i think i have to see how it works when you turn on the damn lights it shouldnt be too difficult to hook the cables of the indy glow to the lights switch

nope sorry lol.
anyway I do have an inverter I am not using right now.
Soltex can you solder? If you can I will give you this:

Just paypal me like $7 to diskreet(at)gmail.com and its yours (to cover shipping).
Its a mini inverter. Just needs wires soldered to it. Its tiny though.
Me testing on external power connector on computer:

Just plug the + and - right to your gauge cluster wires.
here is the wiring for the cluster:
[BLUE connecter]
Red/Black: Supplies 12V+ for dash backlights
Red: Supplies switched ground for dash lights
Just hook 'em up to those 2 wires. test it first (cluster must be plugged in for this to work) and if its right solder it up.
If you want it ill send it out tomorrow, just PM me your address. heck if you dont have paypal ill just send it to you anyway.
