Correct head unit??

Hey guys im just about to purchase a JL audio 1000/1 amp and a 12w7 in a JL prowedge, and im wondering what headunit i should get to go with this? Im thinking alpine? does it make a huge difference? what would sound good with the JLs? thanks.

Alpine is good. For SQ, I think most would say that Eclipse is better but Alpine still has its perks.
