hey guys i searched all over but i couldnt find an answer to this, im in the middle of installing my head unit in my car and im at the part in the diy, where i have just taken out the little panel underneath the hvac controls, the one with the cigarette lighter in it, im wondering how to pull the deck out, i saw two screws on the bottom, i know you take those out then what do you do???? thanks

Grab the entire console in the dash (yeah, the one with cd player, ac controls, hazard light switch, etc.) by the edges and pull the whole thing out.

just pull the WHOLE dash out... that includes the stock headunit, the bin, the HAVC controls, vents, that whole peice... its held by clips so ya just pull n it should come out... i used a screwdriver wrapped in a thin cloth( to prevent me from damaging the surrounding area) and pry-ed it out... just do it lil by and take your time, make sure you dont bend or crack the plastic
