it looks like a good start, your still going to need RAM, a processor, storage devices, and some kind of optical drive. You'll also have to be careful with the amount of addons you purchase. The PS only has 90 watts available.

it comes with a cpu, a 1 gig cpu. nothing crazy so all i need is ram and hdd. dont need a cdrom or anything only for the install of windows. and i can use a usb one for that.

oooo, Mini-itx design. I sell those. VIA makes them, they are roughly 17cm by 17cm. Also most of the cpu's that they use run less than 7w. (new P4's are 120w) of heat. some of the boards do not require a fan, and some not even a heatsink. I like this mobo: http://www.viaembedded.com/product/e...herboardId=202
Has all sorts of connectors. Also mini-ITX works great in Linux and windows.
