thats good stuff, but i can't understand how there's not enough bass especially with 6x9. i only have 6.5 reference in my sedan and the bass is loud enough to shake the mirrors. I think you could have installed em better. Did you seal around the speaker and spacer to the door panel? Did you use dynamat on the door metal? did you put xorb pads behind the speaker? Dynamat the rear deck? If you spent all that time, you should have done those at least. Makes a huge difference.

Amp cost me $170
Components cost me $180
6x9's cost me $120
All off one of those Ebay stores
http://stores.ebay.com/VVVVV-DISCOUNTCARSTEREOSPLUS-C0M
I know my Amp is Kinda Crooked because one of the stereo cables got caught when i put the seat back up.. gimmie a break though this was my first Amp install
The Bass is much better than stock and you hear every little detail that i never could hear before with the stock speakers. But i think i'll be adding a sub (maybe the Infinity Basslink) so that i'm not straining the components too much.

hey man, this is prolly a n00b question but do you really need an amp for ur speakers? I just bought 4 pioneer 6.5's and was wondering if i really need an amp. I also just bought 2 12" audiobahns and a 900 watt mono block rockford fosgate amp.
Is that tweeter mount a stock one? I have an LX, not an EX, so my coupe doesn't come with tweeters stock, just wondering if that spot where you mounted those were already there or if those were an aftermarket part, like a q-form kick panel. Also what kit is that you used on your headunit? Mine doesn't match the stock black color that closely, and came with a goofy open pocket on the bottom.

it is the stock sail panel with infinity's starfish mount (comes with components) for the tweeter, so it is basically stock. And i used the Metra kit (forgot #), the scosch one looks horrible IMO.
