how to change alarm tone

i want to do it so that only the first tone plays over and over. I remember it involves cutting some loops in the siren but can't remember and don't have the instructions. Can someone look it up for me? its a viper 600.

On DEI Alarms theres two loops on their sirens. One Solid Black, And one Black w/white. Cut the one that is Black w/ White. This will eliminate tones 2-6. If you cut the black one the chirp will be twice as long (If you want that).

You will see six wires one for each tone. Cut the ones that you don't want. Some of the newer sirens have the black and white wire which eliminates tones 2-6 for you. But I guess you don't have it. So your's will be set up like this:

< < < < < <
6 5 4 3 2 1

1 being the first tone. JUst cut the ones you don't want to hear. If you can't see them from the outside you might have to open the siren up.
