Best HU for under $300?

Hey all! My birthday is coming up soon and I am thinking of getting a new HU. It needs to be less than $300. I have been looking at the Alpine CDA-9851. I like that one alot. What would you guys recommend? Thanks in advance!

alpine 9847 I love it and only $200 at best buy. Most alpines will sound similar anyway. It has white display and four color button lights (red-amber (w/amber backlight), green-blue (w/green backlight). Matches the amber dash really well.

between the 9847 and the 9851, the only difference is the face and color display?

that and the swing face. Everything else seems to be the same. I actually like the looks of the 9847 better in the daytime. And at night the white looks good with the coupe cluster.
