Yep, those are the best, they have many technical tracks to along with the musical tracks.
Other than that, look for anything recorded by Sheffield Labs, they are company that makes the IASCA disc and put out top quality material.

The IASCA and USACi disks are good. Diana Krall is good, Dr. Dre's Forgot About Dre is a good track, especially if you can get the bass note that's around 13 seconds in. I'd find a good home theatre setup to use as a reference. Play the tracks in there and find what they're supposed to sound like, then play them back and tune in the car to get them to sound as closely as possible.
