i don't think that anyone CAN help you out with this one. did you try both slots (it says you can attach two 1/0 gauge wires). also, did you use the inserts(?) it shows in the pic?

ok just to clarify im not an idiot lol. Neither slot holds 1/0 gauge wire, it fits in perfectly but once you touch it or move it it falls out. So if im driving and I hit a bump it will fall out. The inserts are for attaching it to the battery posts, not for attaching the 1/0 gauge wires.

are there not set screws on the terminals? there has to be some method of securing the wire in, and in 100% of the other battery terminals I've seen, you need a hex key to secure the wire in. Look at the bottom of the terminal they might be underneath.

Hey guys I finally figured it out and it was quite simple, What you do is you stick the wire in and then wrap it around the edges and then the compression ring holds it in place. Thanks for the ideas anyway.
