gauge pod and tweeter?
Will adding a single pillar pod with gauge cause any problem with me hearing the tweeter? I'm thinkin maybe since the tweets are already angled towards the dash? Any idea?
where are your tweeters located? Are they in the sail panel or something? Any thing you put in your car anywhere will probably have an impact on sound but it probably won't be noticable to your ear.
Unless the pillar pod is in the way of the sound waves I wouldn't worry about it. If it is you may be able to adjust your eq, time delay or whatever else you have to play with to compensate.

no the pod isn't here yet. I'll take pics later. the tweeter is in the sedan sail panel and pointed towards the front rather than my ear. I can still hear it fine, but worried that with the pod right in front, it won't sound as loud.
OH, meaning it would block it after it reflects off the glass, right? Seeing how the tweeter would be closer to you than the pod? I wouldn't worry about that at all. If anything, to satisfy your curiousity, you could simply hold an object in place where the pod would go, like a cup or something, and listen to it. . .
