So what do you guys think. Thanks in advance for the help.

yes, you will need a low level line converter that can be found at pretty much any audio store ... you will connect your amp normally (ie: power, ground, remote wire...) ... the line converter will then tap into your rear speaker wires and give you an rca output to run to your amp. As far as the remote wire, you just need a 12v accessory wire, plenty of options.

U will not void ur warrenty with a HU change. They dont care if u change ur cd player to an aftermarket one. The only thing that can void the warrenty r things like getting lowered/engine mods like turbo, cams, etc.
Line out converter = $15-20 and 4 the remote wire you could use the blue or blue w/ white stripe from ur HU wiring harness or # 15 fuse in the car.

^^^ You'd be suprised what I have been through before. I had an amp and HU installed about 3 years ago and I had a check engine light come on right after it was done. Took it into the dealership and they told me some BS about how the Amp caused the PCM to fry and it was going to cost $700 to replace. I was like WTF and took it to another Dealer, they swapped out no questions asked.
