Angry Aftermarket radio problem&#?%

Hey, just installed a Blaupunkt V-Line unit in my 05.
I followed wires DIY and plugged antenna (blue) with yellow/green stripped wire. Put everything back in place.

1. Unit not working
2. Door lock not working

I checked my fuses and bad grounds..

What the hell is going on?? Oh yeah and what's the illumination wire for..? My radio aint go nothing for that. As i know this as all probably been covered in previous posts, i searched, but without success.

Thanks for your diy Megahurtz

lol. well that is not correct always. Each harness may have different wire codes. For example, my power antenna wire was blue, not blue/white. What you need to do is look at the codes on the back of the wire harness and then look at the ones on the instruction manual for your deck. Match them to what their functions are, not wire colors. Check all your fuses, because you blew saomething. The illum(ination) wire is only on some decks. It makes the deck lights dim when you turn on the car dash lights.
