wireless speakers
this may not be the correct forum, but it looked the closest to me.
Im wondering if anyone has an experience with wireless speakers (for a setup w/ a home reciever)
I've seen some RCA at bestbuy, none on circuit city's website (but they probably carry them) and some ARs on amazon.com, appears to be a small selection, anyone know a good place to buy wireless speakers?
I would just buy AR off amazon, but i've seen 50/50 reviews (half are bad), so if anyone has any experience or even things they've heard please let me know, thx. (on ANY wireless speakers)
thanks in advance.

This place has always been good to me. Check out the kenwood set up they have. This way you can use what ever speakers you want.

Wireless speakers would be a waste of time if you are looking for sound quality. The sound is basically broadcasted by radio waves (VHF,UHF). Not much different then your radio. Because there SO many things that are filling up the air waves these days, any little electronic disturbance will be heard in the signal (i.e. cell phone etc).

i've seen cheap spools @ walmart, only problem is this is @ our house at school and i dont feel safe mounting speakers outside, plus im planning to put my fronts on A chan, and wireless on B chan, and my little speakers will be the rear surround so i wont have any speakers to add a wireless base to, sound quality isnt a biggie the main reason for these is to take them outside on the front porch, so maybe RCA would be my best bet? since they're very portable and only $100?

For what you wanna do they dont sound bad...you want something portable and not have to worry about wires...minus sound quality I would say that would be the best way to do it!!
