speakers cut out but subs..

ok so ever now and then when i'm playing music the speakers in my doors and rear deck stop playing but my subs keep going, i dont have time as of now to check for loose wires behind my deck is their anything else it might be, it has happen like 3 times over the last month, so any other reasons behind this would help

it could be the amp in the HU that's ready to go, because your RCA's are not amped with the speakers, because I doubt that all speaker wires are loose and cut off at the same time. Or it could be the speaker ground inside the HU that is loose (all your speaker have seperate grounds outside your HU, but inside, they all go to the same spot, unless you have an old HU that only has 1 ground for the speakers, if so check that ground wire).
