sound system - need opinion

alpine cda-9847
(2) alpine type r subs w/ box
alpine mrd m1000 class d amp

any recommendations for front/rear speakers and an amp for that?? preferably alpine..

^not the newer models though. there 500rms per each 12" type-r.

that amp i beleive does around 600rms @ 2ohms. not sure about 1ohm ? correct me if im wrong

Okay. Sounds good to me. Just try and get speakers, don't just blow bass with those subs without having the highs and mids to support it. I would recommend 3 way pioneers, or rockford fosgates. Hit up crutchfield or ebay. By the way, those Type-R subs are pretty nice, have fun. Don't kill any old people with all that bass.
