Question heads up

trying to decide on headunits, alpine or pioneer? any comments greatly appreciated.

For 600, you have a lot of options. What do you want your HU to do? What's the rest of your system going to be comprised of?

want my hu to play mp3 and possible a satellite radio. thats it for now cuz im diverting all the funds to making my si faster. (and rims ofcourse)

if thats all u want ur hu for then i would go with the alpine 9851. it goes for around 280 and does all u want plus more.

try to find the alpine 9835 (last years model)...
best headunit for the money.
you should be able to get it for about 380-400. I don't like the new alpine lineup

i got the pioner DEH-P9600MP n i like it. only crappy part is that u wont be able to see the time because of the angle our center console takes on it
