DVD in-dash units and burned DVDs

I want to compile of list of DVD in-dash players that will and will not play DVD-/+Rs and DVD-/+RWs. I've noticed quite a few don't.

I want to buy another in-dash DVD but want to be positive it will play my backed up DVDs because I want to leave my originals at home.

So if you guys can help, can you give post up your model numbers and tell me if it will play backed up DVDs.

Here's one that I used to have.

Model: Panasonic VAD-CQ7200U
DVD-/+R: No
DVD-/+RW: No

Thanks for your help.

Civic_RedLine will become famous soon enough
hey I have the pioneer 7500 model with 5.1 surround. so far i havent had any problems yet on whatever media i throw in. it works with all + - even rws. only problem i had was with cheap brands like compusa that sometimes dont work. but even with the cheap brands 75% of them work while the 25% dont.

Ferio - take copies to the shop with you when you go to look at head units. Then you'll know before you buy.

Yeah I plan on doing that also but I thought I'd do this to help other people out too.
