Whats up

I just got a Ascendant Audio Atlas 12" and don't know what kind of box to use with it.

if possible i'd like to use the q-logic 12" box i picked up at my local circuit city but If thats going to compromise the sound I can have one made. SOOO

BTW - i listen to (mostly) Sublime, Incubus, classic rock, metallica and hip-hop(underground, not 50cent, which most people here consider hip-hop haha)

well couldn't find the box on circuitcity.com so i went out and measured the box 15x15x10

i dunno sh*t about how to tune boxes or why this box works best with this or that amp

I have no personal experience with the atlas sub, but based on the specs, I'd say the box should definitely be bigger. I would say middle Q, so anywhere between 1.5 and 2.0 cu ft will be good. Personally, with that type of music you like, I'd stay around 1.5ft.
