Cd Deck Aux input
uber noob question. auxiliary input is just like a headphone jack right? so a cd player with aux input that is located in the back, how do you access that if it is back mounted? hence once it's installed at circuit city on my dash, how the hell am i gonna be able to access it to hook up my ipod or something to that aux input? i'm not a ICE guy so don't know my way into car stereos.

Depends. If you're a big guy and there's no way you're fitting your hand back there, then pull the stereo out and go. If you think you can somehow get your wrist in there far enough to plug something in, go for it.

Do they make a splitter that allows you to turn one aux input into two? My one aux is currently occupied with Sirius radio, and I wanted to run another one for my mp3 player.

An aux in is typically a pair of RCA connections at the back of the deck... best thing to do if you will need a lot of access to it is to mount a set of jacks on your center console, it's simple, cheap, easy and effective.
Some decks have aux inputs on the front that use a stereo headphone type connection... the one that I know of that did this was JVC, I'm sure there are others as well.
