Anyway,
So is it just the radio and power locks that don't work? The car runs and everything? Climate control works? How about headlights when you don't have the car in the accessory position.
Do you have remote entry on the locks? Does that work?

ok, to answer some questions...
EVERYTHING works except the two items in question.....cluster works except I can't turn it on unless the car is on, and the gauges stay in position when I turn the car off, then when I turn it back on they reset.
I have keyless entry, but now it doesn't move the locks
headlights work fine when the car is off....

Rep Power: 0 fuses will get ya everytime. My brother blew a fuse when he was putting in his hed-unit(he didnt know) he got everything all wiredup and **** and nothing was working 
. Needless to say, 2 days later he found the fuse thing and felt like a total moron 
. moral of the story i guess is to have checking the fuses up on the list of things to first check when something goes wrong.

My swap to an '05 cluster was fine as well. We rewired both connectors and the only hangup is getting the SRS light to turn off. DRL and everything else are just fine and I have no other issues to speak of.
Everyone has the pink left over...
