ive yet to really do any custom fiberglass stuff in my car besides the monitor install and radio relocation. but its not that hard to mold custom speakers and what not just really really messy. im about to mold some sub bowes into my trunk and a couple speakers in the front doors and i'll post a DIY on that but it won't be for like 2 maybe 3 weeks. really just alot of masking tape, spray glue, fiber batteing, fiberglass resin, and streachy material.
if ya really wanna know enough to get started check this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...962084832&rd=1 its got some really good info.

www.termpro.com
www.the12volt.com
www.selectproducts.com for materials.
Those should get you started. You can also check out alpine's site (they used to have tutorials) along with Car Audio and Electronics Magazine's site (they put up the DIY's from the back of the mag too...)
