Ok, your post is a little confusing. I'm not actually sure exactly what you are asking.
My first question is simply why dont' you give onboard sound a shot and see how it works with your system before you spend a) money and b) prescious DC power on an Audigy?
Second question is why a 2 channel amp for the subs, you'd be better off with a mono amp.
About the front speakers, what do you want to know about wiring it? Like you said, run the 4 channel to the fronts and rears.

well i wanna run seperate tweaters up front.
im doing th eaudigy cause i have no where for a head unit. and dont wanna spend 400 on a HU when i can put that towards some car audio stuff. and my pc.
the audigy will be round 100 bucks. wont require any more power then the pc will already be using (or very little) much less then a head unit
ive decided on some 3channel pioneer 6x9 speakers for the rear
but i dontknow what iw ant up front.. HELP :'(

As for the sub amp being 2-channel, are you going to compete like in iasca or something because if I remember correctly they give extra points for having stereo sub. but other then that mono for sub and 4 channel is a great way togo.

I run a mono amp for my two subs and a 2 channel to my fronts. I run my rear fill off the deck. If you have deck power, running the rears off the deck a) gives you just about perfect power for rear fill, b) saves you all that money on an amp
Personally, I think it's a little bit of a waste to run the rears off their own amp considering for a proper sound stage, you'd end up turning the gains so low, the amp will be putting up just as much power as a typical HU does. Free power

I would. I love running the mono amp to subs, 2 channel amp to front components setup. It allows me to spend all my dough on the most important parts of my system, and only have to run 2 amps. Rear fill sounds fine off the deck. I'm even running MB Quart raw 6.5" off my Alpine and it sounds great for rear fill

yeah but im not sure if i will be running a head unit. probably. but need to design a way to mold a car pc and xbox into the setup.. lol
so if i leave the rears factory off the deck..
now wut do the stock fronts run at. the amp i have has this lsited for specs:
max power output = 1000W
power output at 2 ohms 150Wx2ch
Power output at 4 ohms 100Wx2ch
power output bridge 300Wx 1ch
anything else u should know? its a low watta mp. i knew that lol. i was just hoping it would be good for front or rears? and 100-150 is ok for speakers? or no good?
i wanna do up the fronts. as i hope to replace them with compnents soon.
