sub enclosure terminals

im curious to know what does the wiring terminals look like INSIDE the sub box enclosure?

so from amp to sub, does it go:
amp > speaker wire > 2 terminals > more speaker wire to sub coils? is it speaker wire cut in half at the point where it touches the metal of the terminals?

im trying to get an basic idea how it would look to mount a DVC sub using 2 terminals for the + and -

Assuming we have 1 DVC sub and are trying to lower impedence....
Each voice coil would go to 1 box terminal then you'd put wire that goes between the box terminals to lower the impedence.

A DVC sub will come with 2 terminals on the sub.
Using 2 box terminals is basically extending the 2 terminals on the sub.
So instead of wiring the + to - on the sub you are doing it from the box terminal.

Your idea about speaker wire cut in half might be something done to a SVC.
