5 months of planning...
After five months of planning, saving up and getting a little lucky, have achieved the following setup:
1. Alpine CDA-9827 MP3 Head Unit $189 w/ free* installation
2. Infinity Reference 1210a mono amp (854 WATTS RMS @ 4ohms) $230
3. 2 10" Infinity Kappa Perfect 10.1d subs (700 WATT handling) $120
4. 1 4 guage streetwires kit $24
5. 1 cd changer to audio aux adapter cable $15
6. 1 xm roady kit (free, my girlfriend's old kit)
7. *$60 Circuit City ripoff for the metra kit and wiring harness
Total: $638
8. Still need dual sub enclourse with .6 cubic feet per chamber about $60-150
One question for the experts out there: The streetwires kit I have comes with an 80AMP fuse, and my amp says it needs a 120AMP fuse. Is this nessasary? Will I be alright with the 80AMP? The worst that can happen is the fuse would blow?

btw, that setup sounds nice! on the Fuse Issue, i'd run with what they gave you, I doubt it'll blow, but that's really the worse that could happen.

congrats on the new system, i hope your happy with it

I would go with the 80 amp fuse, if it blows then step up to a 100 or 120. That seems like a really high rating for such a small amp, so I don't think you will have a problem. Better to go with a smaller fuse and pop it than a bigger fuse and pop your amp.
