Burnt Out Guage Lights
Burnt Out Guage Lights
Two questions for a 2002 Honda Civic.
Is it hard to change the bulbs behind your guages?? (Dealership charges $50.00 for labour to replace)
And are the bulbs orange or are they clear??

They are clear, yes it's easy. Take off two screws at the top of the black bezel, reach in and pull straight out from the bottom (there's some glue holding it and clips). Take off one screw on top, one on each side at the bottom to release the cluster. Unplug green and blue connectors. Turn around cluster and twist off burnt bulb, twist on with new one. I'll send you one of mine for an 02 if you want. Now sure if there's a difference between coupe and sedan. See if they're the #74 bulbs they sell at stores first. If they're bigger, I may have some of those.
you sure your bulbs are dead, on my 01 LX, the light behind the temp and lower part of the rpm guage dies but comes back with a good slap. slap the top of your guage cluster and see if the lights come back on
