How do I add additional speakers?
How would i go about sending a signal to any extra speakers that I would have? If I simply connect more wires to my amp, am i cutting the amount of power that is sent to each speaker? In other words, if i run 4 speakers off a two channel amp what happens?

depends on how they're wired. If your amp is 2 ohm stable, and you've got 2 speakers per channel, just wire them in parallel so the resistance drops...amp is stable, and with half the rated resistance, you've got effectively double the rated power...so you're getting the same wattage as normal.
let him add more if he wants.
most aftermarket amplifiers are 2 ohm stable stereo. if your amp has a "bridged mono" power rating, its stable at 2 ohm staereo. this means you can just piggyback a second speaker on each channel (just ONE extra, for two total!) and each speaker willg et the same power as before.
50x2 amp? each speaker gets 50 watts each, for a 100 watt system. add two more in parrallel in stereo? each speaker still gets 50 watts, for a total of 200 watts of stereo power.

its a cost/benefit thing.
your stereo's midrange and highs are twice as loud, at the cost of destroying any posibilty of having a soundstage.
your classic battle between quality and quantity.

honestly, i was thinking about putting in kick panels with some components. I didnt really want to remove the kicker k60s that i already have. But I was wondering if adding components would enhance my system...any opinons to if this would work or help?
to enhance tonality and clarity, replacing speakers will often provide a greater benefit than adding speakers.
if you are looking at volume level as the enhancement, I'd add as many speakers as you can fit, and leave the old ones in for sure.
